International orders do not include duty or tax fees — these are the customer’s responsibility. Customs delays may occur due to local clearance procedures and are outside of ITT SWIM’s control.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your fit! If your item doesn't suit or fit as expected, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• Email info@ittswim.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

• Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

• Once approved, ship the item(s) back to our warehouse.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned in original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or odors

  • Hygiene liner attached

  • With all original ITT SWIM/IMPOSSIBLE ACTIVE tags and garment bags

We reserve the right to deny exchanges should they be returned damaged or worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners. Legally we are able to refuse to refund a customer for hygiene related issues.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Processing time for exchanges: 3–5 business days.

FAULTY ITEMS

We are committed to quality. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@ittswim.com with the following:

• Clear photos of the fault

• A detailed description of the issue

Our production team will assess the issue and respond as soon as possible. If the fault is confirmed, we will cover return shipping and provide an appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

• Refunds are only issued for items deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

• All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
